Refund policy

We accept returns. Email support@mirqela.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Our team will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Return shipping insurance is optional. If you purchased it for your order, eligible return shipping expenses may be reimbursed under the insurer's terms, limits and claim process. Coverage does not guarantee reimbursement of every cost and is separate from a refund for the product.

You can request a return without insurance. For non-faulty, change-of-mind returns without applicable insurance reimbursement, the customer pays return shipping. Insurance is not a condition for exercising your statutory rights.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and cover costs where required by law, regardless of whether you purchased insurance.

Refunds due will be returned to the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed, within applicable legal deadlines. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Mandatory withdrawal rights and remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
